At Elie Tahari, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of the ship date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Generate and print a prepaid UPS return shipping label directly from the portal; a return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, include the packing slip, and drop off the shipment at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method.
